With 15 years of extensive experience in both banking and IT outsourcing, Mr. Allan bring unique blend of financial acumen and technological expertise. his career has been dedicated to optimizing operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving digital transformation via Outsourcing (BPO).
B.Eng., M.B.A., An ITB graduate with over 10 years of experience in multinational companies across the HR and technology sectors.
